Oksana Grigorieva Pictures, Not only she has tapes featuring Mel Gibson launching a racist, profanity-laced tirade aimed at her, but also Oksana Grigorieva  reportedly has photos of her “bloodied and bruised” face. A close confidante revealed to Radar Online that the pictures were taken in the wake of a confrontation with the 54-year-old actor.

The shots reportedly could substantiate her previous claim that Mel knocked her teeth out during a heated argument at the “Edge of Darkness” actor’s Malibu mansion back on January 6. Because of the bust-up, Oksana was said having two black eyes and two front teeth broken.

“You can see Oksana’s two main front teeth were broken and there are bruises all over her face. They will come out eventually and she is prepared to use them in their court case,” the source who has seen the photos said. Mel’s attorney Stephen Kolodny, in the meantime, has debunked the allegation. He stated, “Her teeth are in her mouth according to our information.”

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva, who have illegitimate daughter named Lucia, split in April. The then-couple has sought restraining orders against each other. The Oscar winning actor entered the plea with complaint reportedly concerning three main issues and his access to Lucia, while the Russian musician filed the documents due to fear for their daughter’s safety.

One day before Mikhail Prokhorov was impolitely ending Kiki Vandeweghe’s two-year term in New Jersey, the Russian tycoon and new Nets owner started a delightful exchange with his general manager.

“I met Mr. Prokhorov for a couple minutes before the [draft] lottery [on Tuesday], and we had a very nice conversation,” Vandeweghe told FanHouse by phone Thursday from New Jersey.

A day later, Vandeweghe — whose contract is set to expire on June 30 — learned by way of the media that he would not be receiving a new deal.

US And Russia Ink Nuclear Arms Accord

US President Barack Obama and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev have signed the landmark nuclear ‘New Start treaty’ in the Czech capital, Prague on Thursday.

Under the pact, each side would be allowed a maximum of 1,550 warheads, about 30% lower than the figure of 2,200 that each side was meant to reach by 2012 under the 2002 Strategic Offensive Reductions Treaty (Sort).

They will also be allowed, in total, no more than 700 deployed intercontinental ballistic missiles, submarine-launched ballistic missiles, and heavy bombers equipped for nuclear arms.

The new limit on delivery systems is less than half the current ceiling of 1,600 – though each heavy bomber counts as one warhead irrespective of the fact that it might carry multiple bombs or missiles.

MUMBAI,BOOLYWOOD NEWS: Brazilian model-turned-actor Giselle Monteiro, who enthralled us with her innocent act and simplicity in Imtiaz Ali’s superhit film LOVE AAJ KAL, is gearing up to star in superstar Shahrukh Khan’s film.

Buzz is that Shahrukh Khan’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment has signed up the beautiful Giselle Monteiro for one of their upcoming film. And this untitled film will be directed by eminent theatre personality and radio guru Roshan Abbas.

Earlier Roshan was to make his directorial debut with the film called ALWAYS KABHI KABHI, which was also said to be produced by SRK’s Red Chillies. However, Roshan is now directing this film.

Besides Giselle the film also stars debutant Zoa Morani, daughter of Karim Morani of Cineyug.

Five songs have already been shot for the film.

Moscow Metro Blast

Moscow Metro Blast, MOSCOW: Moscow emergency officials and Russian news agencies say two explosions hit the Moscow subway system, killing at least 40 people.

The first blast at the Lubyanka station in central Moscow happened during the peak hour when thousands of passengers were packed onto trains.

The headquarters of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), successor to the Soviet-era KGB, is located just above the station.

“The blast hit the second carriage of a metro train that stopped at Lubyanka, at 0756 (0356 GMT),” Russian emergencies ministry spokeswoman Irina Andrianova said.

“Fourteen people died in the wagon of the train and 11 on the platform,” said Ms Andrianova. At least 10 people were wounded, she said.

The second explosion happaned at Park Kultury at 0838 (0438 GMT). “There are killed and injured,” a security source said.

Security sources told the state Interfax news agency the blast could have been caused by a suicide bomber

The Russian capital over the last decade was hit by a string of deadly explosions claimed by Chechen militants.

An attack on the subway in 2004 that killed 39 people and wounded another 150 was blamed on Chechen terrorists.

US Secretary Of State Hillary Rodham Clinton World Clinton In Moscow For Talks On Arms Pact

MOSCOW : US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is in Moscow to meet with senior Russian officials and to join top international diplomats in assessing the stalled Mideast peace process.

Clinton arrived in the Russian capital Thursday morning after an overnight flight from Washington. She is to be joined later by the Obama administration’s special envoy for Mideast peace, George Mitchell.

Clinton aides said she will discuss a range of issues with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov (SEHR’-gay LAHV’-rahf) on Thursday, including negotiations on a new U.S.-Russian nuclear weapons treaty.

On Friday Clinton will participate in a meeting of the so-called Quartet of Mideast peacemakers, comprising the U.S., Russia, the United Nations and the European Union.

India,Russia Ink Civil Nuclear,Defence Pacts

India and Russia inked several pacts including on civil nuclear cooperation and supply and joint development of military hardware during a hectic day-long visit of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to New Delhi on Friday.
Russia will build up to 16 nuclear reactors at three locations in India, Russia’s deputy premier Sergei Ivanov, who accompanied Putin, told reporters. Russia is competing with French and American firms for lucrative contracts to build nuclear power plants for energy-hungry India because Asia’s third-largest economy needs to boost its supply to help sustain rapid economic growth.
Setting the tone for Putin’s one-day visit, mainly aimed at keeping one of the world’s biggest arms importers interested in Russian weapons, the erstwhile Cold War allies are also trying to strike an agreement on joint output of the fifth-generation fighter jet. Russia will build more than 1,000 stealth fighter jets within four decades, including at least 200 for its traditional weapons buyer India, the CEO of Russian plane maker Sukhoi, Mikhail Pogosyan, told reporters on the sidelines of Putin’s visit. Pogosyan also said he expected a joint venture with the state-run Indian company Hindustan Aeronautics Limited to manufacture around 200 fifth-generation fighter jets.
Russia and India also signed a contract worth 1.5 billion US dollars on Friday for Moscow to supply 29 MiG 29 K fighters, Pogosyan said. Russia would deliver the long-delayed refurbished Gorshkov aircraft carrier to India by the end of 2012, added deputy premier Ivanov on an issue that has troubled relations between the two powers. Putin’s visit is likely to have produced deals worth more than 10 billion USD mainly in defence contracts, nuclear reactors and trade.
Putin denied a deal with Pakistan was on the cards on the lines of the nuclear power pact with India.”Many countries of the world do not have any nuclear technical cooperation with Pakistan because we are concerned for our Indian friend. We sincerely count that our joint work, our efforts to counter-terrorism will produce positive substantial results in benefit of the two countries, he said. The two countries also agreed to strengthen cooperation in hydrocarbons through greater collaboration between oil and gas companies, but did not announce any firm energy deals.

Chile:Sebastian Pinera Sworn In As President

Sebastian Pinera was sworn in as new Chilean President. During the ceremony strong aftershocks rocked the country for the second time in two weeks.
In Valparaiso, the city where dozens of heads-of-state and other dignitaries were gathered, citizens gathered on high ground after a tsunami warning was issued by local authorities.
The warning was later lifted for everyone except Easter Island but it followed three massive aftershocks, the strongest at 6.9 magnitude.
